Problem

Customer reviews pile up across dozens of locations on Google and other platforms. Teams read them one by one, miss the urgent complaints that damage the brand, and reply too slowly, with no cross-branch view of what is actually driving sentiment.

Approach

Mizan ingests reviews across all locations and runs each through an AI pipeline for sentiment, theme and urgency. A live dashboard tracks rating, sentiment split and trends; an insights view surfaces the top drivers and prioritised recommendations; and an approval-gated workflow drafts brand-voice replies, opens tickets from critical reviews, fires alerts and builds shareable reputation reports.
